Microsoft Office Productivity 101 – entry level workshops designed to set a base level of understanding and use of Microsoft Outlook across all departments and teams.
This 90 minute in person workshop will cover:
We’ll also be covering best practices in the use of email. What it is, what it is not, and how better to manage your workloads.
The workshop will be hosted in the PDC and delivered by Christopher Blake, the Head of Applications.
Participants can either login to the PDC computers or bring their own surface.
This is an entry or refresher course for most people. Future workshops will get into more advanced features. Let us know your suggestions on what you would like to see in future workshops.
This entry level workshop has been designed for colleagues who have just started working with Outlook, in addition to colleagues who would like to refresh their skills.
This specific workshop will focus on examples that may be more useful for Faculty colleagues however the basic skills are the same and all colleagues are welcome to attend.
