****## Registration and Payment

• Participants should receive an automated email when they register for a training course.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email, please connect with us through [email protected].
• Participants will receive an email providing information and next steps a few days prior to the event.
• Invoices will be issued by the Tanglin Trust School and can be paid via bank transfer or cheque. The remitter is entitled to pay all bank related charges. Please quote the Invoice ID while making the payment.

Registrations are not confirmed until the full payment has been received.

Cancellation and Substitution

• Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
• No refunds will be granted within 14 calendar days of an event.
• Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitute participant from the same school or organisation.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

We are unable to register participants on courses or enable campus access if necessary information is not provided. We collect personal information through registration forms. This information may be matched with publically available information such as school addresses and phone numbers. The purposes for which we collect personal information include:

• Day-to-day administration of courses and reporting;
• To ensure compliance with safeguarding standards;
• marketing of future events

Campus Security

All external participants are required to register with security on arrival and wear their Visitor Pass all day. External participants wishing to park at the school must email their car registration plate to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

External participants must not be left unaccompanied with children or young people.

Visa for Entry into Singapore

Many nationalities can get a free 30 day visa on arrival to enter Singapore. Please check on the Immigration and Checkpoint Authority website to see your eligibility. If you do require a visa, you will have to apply for it in advance. We can provide you with a Visa Letter of Introduction only once your registration has been completed and payment has been received. You can request this by emailing us at [email protected] . You will need to provide your full name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, passport number and passport issue and expiry date. Please note that it is the participant’s responsibility to apply for the relevant visa in time.
