Registration and Payment

Participants should receive an automatically generated email when they register for a training course. If you do not receive confirmation, please email Participants will receive a reminder email a few days before the event with all of the information about the event.

Registrations are not confirmed until full payment is received. Invoices will be issued by Tanglin Trust School and can be paid via bank transfer or cheque. Remitter to pay all bank charges. Please quote Invoice ID on payment.

Cancellation and Substitution

Cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing via email to No refunds will be granted within 14 calendar days of an event. Paid registrations may be transferred to a substitute participant from the same school or organisation. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to

Collection and Use of Personal Information

We are unable to register participants on courses or enable campus access if necessary information is not provided. We collect personal information through registration forms. This information may be matched with publically available information such as school addresses and phone numbers. The purposes for which we collect personal information include:

  • day-to-day administration of courses and reporting;
  • to ensure compliance with safeguarding standards;
  • marketing of future events

Campus Security

All external participants are required to register with security on arrival and wear their Visitor Pass all day. External participants wishing to park at the school must email their car registration plate to at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

External participants must not be left unaccompanied with children or young people.

Child Protection and Safeguarding

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers, and visitors to share this commitment. Any concerns about the wellbeing of any child or young person should be reported to a Designated Safeguarding Lead or a Tanglin Trust School staff member.

All visitors, regardless of the length of their stay, should receive a briefing on arrival, which covers:

  • The need to wear a Visitor Pass at all times;
  • Not to discuss with others any information about the School or the students;
  • Not to take photos or videos of students, unless with the express permission from the Head of School;
  • Use only bathrooms / toilets allocated for adult use.

Visa for Entry into Singapore

Many nationalities can get a free 30 day visa on arrival to enter Singapore. Please check on the Immigration and Checkpoint Authority website to see whether you require one. If you do require a visa, you will have to apply for it in advance. We can provide you with a Visa Letter of Introduction only once your registration has been completed and payment has been received. You can request this by emailing us at . You will need to provide your full name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, passport number and passport issue and expiry date. Please note that it is the participant’s responsibility to apply for the relevant visa in time.
